For luxury beauty brands, influencer mailers and PR packaging need to do more than simply protect products in transit, they need to create a memorable brand experience that feels elevated from the very first interaction. Progress partnered with Tropic Skincare to manufacture a premium influencer packaging mailer celebrating the brand’s 20th anniversary, created to house a curated selection of Tropic’s most-loved skincare and beauty products.
Working closely with the Tropic team, we provided structural and technical packaging development support to help realise the presentation concept whilst ensuring the packaging performed successfully in transit. One of the key production challenges centred around presenting products of varying depths so they appeared visually level when opened. To achieve this, we engineered a bespoke multi-level insert system designed to securely hold each item in place whilst maintaining a clean, balanced presentation.

Fully recyclable packaging. Manufactured from sustainable and responsibly sourced materials.
Particular attention was given to the heavy body scrub product, which featured a complex closure and spatula component. Multiple CAD samples and transit tests were undertaken to refine the structure and ensure the products remained stable during shipping – reflecting the level of structural and production expertise often required for luxury influencer mailers and cosmetic packaging.
Manufactured using rigid board construction with premium Stucco Tintoretto covering materials, blind embossing and litho print finishes, the completed presentation box delivers a tactile, elevated feel aligned with Tropic’s naturally luxurious brand positioning.
