Trinny London
Progress were pleased to partner with Trinny London for a global influencer campaign launch to produce and deliver a premium beauty PR packaging solution designed to support their worldwide influencer outreach. Combining structural packaging development, production management and fulfilment logistics, the project demonstrates Progress’ specialist ability to deliver an end-to-end service for luxury beauty brands and cosmetic influencer campaigns.
Created as a bespoke influencer mailer for a single hero product launch, the packaging is in a layered presentation format that balances premium aesthetics with practical protection and suited for international distribution. Progress developed the structural packaging for the box format, engineered the internal platform structure and managed the manufacture of the completed presentation packaging alongside sourcing mailing boxes used for global shipping.
The rigid tray construction was produced using white-lined board wrapped in silver Mirri board with an anti-scuff matt laminate, paired with translucent sleeve materials and contrasting yellow internal lining paper to create a bold, high-impact presentation. Silver foil branding detail adds a refined finish to the production whilst reinforcing the elevated positioning associated with luxury cosmetic packaging and beauty PR mailers.

Alongside packaging manufacture, Progress managed the fulfilment and packing process, placing products into the PR boxes, packing the finished influencer mailers into shipping cartons and coordinating palletised delivery to Trinny London’s fulfilment base for worldwide distribution.
