Fenman House

When Fenman House wanted to create a set of handover packs for the buyers and residents of their new housing development in Kings Cross, London, they enlisted the help of creative agency, Chalk. With a brief to carry forward the main traits of the brand – sophistication, modernity, and functionality – Chalk came to us with a specification.

We produced 246 boxes, split over three different box designs, including; a slipcase and tray, a ring-binder box, and a four-board case with magnetic closure and foam inlay. Made using contrasting scarlet and imperial blue Colorplan papers, a special neon ink was screen printed to the outer to maximise the impact of the brand.
