Zanzan Eyewear

Zanzan is a Maltese word that is used to describe the feeling of wearing something special for the very first time. The founders of this brand came together to create a range that showcased their passion for stylish, long-lasting eyewear. While everything is designed in their London studio, the products themselves are 100% handmade in a small town in the alpine meadows of Northern Italy. Inspired by the classic Italian coasts, the rebrand was set to relaunch the iconic brand as they extended their range to include optical and male collections in 2018, which, of course, meant a need for new packaging too.

Designed by Fredericus l’Ami, we produced these collapsible, magnetic four-board cases, made from FSC® eco-friendly papers and 100% recycled Kraft paper to the outer. The box was printed with a single colour to the inner, while the outer was gloss gold foiled to highlight the brands identity.
