Sommet Education

Sommet Education comprises of two institutions across six global campuses with locations including the UK, Switzerland, China, and Spain. Formed as a hospitality education group, it is committed to delivering a high quality, luxury student experience with a focus on developing industry leaders of tomorrow.

Progress produced a range of menus and branded insert sheets for the private school in Switzerland. Four variations were made, including food, wine, bar, and coffee bar menus. While we worked with the client directly on production, the artwork was created by designers Carrousel. All menus were presented in the form of four-board cases, each lined in different colour Suedel papers and covered on the outside in different Winter & Company, Nappan Madras papers. Hidden magnets were fitted on the inside to hold the menu inserts, which we also produced. These were made from 150gsm Munken Lynx Smooth Natural White paper, and foiled to one side only, split over several designs. All of the components were then delivered to Switzerland.
