Stockholm based COMIS are a next generation beauty brand focused on combining innovative technology with holistic health using sustainable ingredients.

Progress produced the store / e-commerce packaging for their signature set which collected together a range of their self-tanning products, dispensers and tools. To help streamline their approach to packaging to make it more sustainable, the set we produced acted as both store and e-commerce packaging – avoiding the more traditional and less sustainable pack-within-a-pack approach.

To maximise on the luxurious look and feel of the packaging we produced the boxes and insert using matching FSC® certified Colorflute – a versatile and creative packaging material that allows different colours of Colorplan papers to be laminated to either side of a micro-flute packaging board. This process allowed us to colour match the packaging throughout – giving it visual continuity from the outside-in. To brand the packaging we printed the identity and text details using water-based inks and to capitalise on the overall eco-friendly approach no glues were used on the construction of the boxes or inserts which were secured by friction-folding.
