Created by the Delevingne sisters, Della Vite is hailed as the new chapter in the story of Prosecco. Not only did they set out to create a drink that could be celebrated among friends, the Delevingne family were also commited to manufacturing through sustainable methods in the purest valleys of Italy. This is possible thanks to their use of solar energy, as well as their refridgeration, filteration, and storage methods being environmentally conscious too.
With sustainability at the forefront of this two-year project, we were asked to help produce primary and e-commerce packaging that would support the company’s main ethos. The bottle cartons were made with an internal neck brace, and flood-printed black to the outer with a matt laminate finish and gold foil block for the Della Vite branding. On the inside the carton was a full-colour printed process, which featured imagery of the brand’s Italian vineyards.
A series of e-commerce solutions were made to cover trade packs that would hold six bottles, as well as boxes for single, double, and triple sets. Each of these pieces were flexo-printed to the outer, and then laminated with a full-colour litho print that again featured the imagery of the brand’s vineyeard inside.
