Aznu

Aznu are a mobile phone company that specialise in premium refurbished Samsung and iPhone devices. Progress worked with the brand to produce 10,000 custom-made mobile phone presentation boxes with four different inserts to house their range of phones in a universally branded outer. Overall the pack comprised a four-board case and tray with magnetic closure, inner tray, card and foam insert and an outer sleeve.

The main case and tray were produced using a black lined board with a printed paper covering and finished with a soft-touch laminate. A black card insert is housed in the tray to a create a shelf to hold a foam plinth. The card insert is made from black card and creased to create two compartments with lid tops and thumb cuts for opening. The phone housing is made from black EVA foam which is adhered to a white card, printed in black and Soft Touch laminated. The card is die-cut to hold a SIM tool and finished with a blue satin ribbon loop. The angled outer sleeve is manufactured from black card, duplexed with holographic paper and finished with a black deboss logo to present the brand identity.
