Dilli House

Dilli House is a contemporary fragrance brand shaped by memory, storytelling and sensory craftsmanship. Inspired by formative moments in Kashmir and the South of France, founder Arpit Kaushik created Prem Rouge, a natural, alcohol-free, layerable fragrance duo designed to evoke place and emotion.

Progress worked with Dilli House to produce a luxury rigid box for Batch 001, designed to hold two 30ml fragrance bottles along with scent samples and printed brand elements. The brief required a clean, minimal aesthetic supported by precise and reliable rigid box manufacturing.

The box was produced using our exclusive V-FORM manufacturing process, a premium folded-board method that creates sharp-edged rigid box structures directly from die-cut greyboard. This process offers exceptional accuracy, reduced material waste and consistent results, making it well suited to custom luxury rigid box manufacture for fragrance and beauty products. For this project, the box was made from 2000mic Eska greyboard, chosen for its strength, smoothness and recyclability.

Inside, two rectangular V-FORM made recesses were engineered to securely hold the fragrance bottles, ensuring stability during transit while presenting them cleanly at unboxing. The outer was left plain and unbranded to align with the brand’s understated, sensory-led approach and to highlight the material’s natural tactility.

Progress managed the full rigid box production process – from greyboard specification and V-FORM engineering to prototyping and hand-finishing. The result was a precisely made luxury V-FORM rigid box that reflects the brand’s philosophy of thoughtful, sensory-led design while delivering efficient manufacturability and premium product protection.
