Drawn Media

Nexus

These showreel packs were designed by Julia for Nexus Productions. The packs were made from e-flute cardboard and were made with a crocodile tear, for opening. They were screen-printed to the outer and handglued on the inner. The perforated edges were used so to help keep the pack as flat as possible, once it was opened. Although this pack looks simple enough, it was actually a long time in development because of the specific way it had to be opened and showcase itself, once laid flat. We are really pleased with the end result though. -
Grey Board CD Case

These CD packs were produced for Boxhead in Leeds. Made from 100micron dutch greyboard and foil blocked in a matt yellow foil. They had a self-adhesive CD stud to the inside rear cover and were individually numbered to the outer with a rubber stamp. -
Reebok

Arsenal FC
This was the second pack that Progress did for Arsenal FC. Designed by 1977 was this box and lid with an outer sleeve. We used colour matched paper and added a foil block and litho print to the box. The colours were chosen to tie in with the strip that was worn on the day that Arsenal beat Liverpool at Anfield in 1998…. which some of us in the office don’t like to talk about a great deal… -
New Flynn DVD packaging

We produced this unique dvd pack for the directors of Flynn. They each personalised their own pack with customised woven name tape to the spine. We think it’s the simplicity of the print design that really makes this pack look classy and interesting. A+B Studio decided to use both print and foil blocking which always compliment each other well. Let us know what you think about the design below…
