Artist Residence

Artist Residence is an ever-growing chain of restaurants that found its roots back on Brighton seafront back in 2008. A rundown B&B was in desperate need of revival and in an unlikely move, the owner put a call out for local artists to help decorate the walls, floors, and ceilings in exchange for board. Hundreds of creatives descended and soon the Artist Residence was born. Since then, they have opened three other hotels in Cornwall, London and Oxford.

As part of their growth over the years, all existing hotels have also been expanded to include restaurants, cafés and cocktail bars. We produced a variety of vibrant menus for each site, all covered in Winter & Company, Brillianta Book Cloth with a foil blocked logo to the outer face. For the London venue a digital printed stripe pattern was also added. Each menu was oversized to fit A5 internal sheets and supplied with two 10mm interscrews to hold the inner pages securely.
